Get Started on StrengthWelcome to the Get Started On Strength Mini-Course. I developed this course to give you five resistance exercises to add to your program that will improve your strength. I selected these exercises for the following reasons:

  1. The only equipment you’ll need is a set of resistance bands.
  2. Just about anyone can do these (so long as you’re medically cleared to work out).
  3. They’re challenging!
